1. Acceptance
By using SENTINEL-X, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service
SENTINEL-X provides AI quality evaluation, monitoring, and observability services. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use SENTINEL-X to evaluate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. You may not reverse engineer our platform.
5. Data
You retain ownership of your data. We process it only to provide the service. We do not train our models on your data without explicit consent.
6. Billing
Subscription fees are charged in advance. Overages are charged at the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months except where required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
SENTINEL-X's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, India.
