1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company), usage data (pages visited, features used), and technical data (IP address, browser type, device). Evaluation run data is isolated per tenant and never shared.
2. How We Use Your Information
To provide and improve the SENTINEL-X service, send you product updates and marketing communications (with your consent), respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Sharing
We never sell your data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate our platform (cloud hosting, analytics, email), all bound by data processing agreements. We list all sub-processors in our DPA.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Plausible) to understand usage, and marketing cookies only with your explicit consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.
5. Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You may object to processing or request restriction. To exercise these rights, email privacy@sentinel-xai.com. We respond within 30 days.
6. Data Security
We use AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and role-based access controls. We are SOC2 Type II certified and undergo annual third-party penetration testing.
